Ashraf Arif stands as a prominent figure in the real estate arena, commencing his journey with a degree in computer science from Dalhousie University and a diploma in Engineering from St. Francis Xavier University.

Founding Synercapital Real Estate Services Inc. and Synercapital Asset Management Inc., Ashraf has been an active force in real estate since 2001. From the outset, Ashraf's fervent passion for real estate propelled him into property management and commercial transactions. His hands-on approach and unwavering dedication saw him not only managing his own investment properties but also steering portfolios for other investors. Over the years, Ashraf has amassed a substantial real estate portfolio, guiding investors towards achieving their goals with his expertise and confident character.

Today, Ashraf remains dedicated to real estate acquisition through personal ventures and syndication. With over two decades of experience under his belt, he has acquired and syndicated over 150,000 sq. ft. of commercial space, including plazas and office spaces, and over 1000 residential units in multi-family apartment buildings across Ontario. Ashraf continues to spearhead growth in the real estate industry with his unwavering determination and commitment to excellence.
